Littlechus is based in the United Arab Emirates. We design and sell our wooden toys online and ship directly to customers across the UAE (and other regions where available).


2. What age are your toys suitable for?

Each product includes a recommended age range on its product page. Our toys are designed with safety in mind, but adult supervision is always recommended, especially for younger children.


3. Are your wooden toys safe for children?

Please note that personalized items are usually non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


6. How long does delivery take in the UAE?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within the UAE arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.


7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.


8. Do you ship outside the UAE?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UAE. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly announced on our website.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
